Our approach

Learn through Gymnastics aims to be engaging and work with the school PE department to deliver fun and beneficial classes to pupils! Some students may not have had opportunity for specialist gymnastics coaching before, others may have never considered it so this can be a truly beneficial experience for them!

Specialist equipment provided

While we make the most of the equipment your school can provide, we also bring our own mat and two air tracks. This combination ensures a diverse and professional setup, offering unique experiences that might not otherwise be accessible.

Who benefits most?

Our coaching is ideal for a wide range of ages, with experience coaching children aged 2-13. We primarily focus our intensive work with school years 2-7, ensuring that these groups gain the maximum benefit from our tailored sessions, regardless of their prior experience.

Engaging warm-ups

Every session kicks off with a fun warm-up game, ensuring children are energised and ready to learn, making the start of gymnastics exciting and inclusive for all.

Structured stretching

We incorporate structured stretching routines to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and teach children the importance of physical preparation in a safe environment.

Session Structure.

Session structure will vary depending on the type of session booked.

A one-off session will be a introduction to gymnastics, including some basic skills and shape recognition.

A block of sessions will take place following progressive session plans, beginning with an introduction session and gradually reaching new skills and concepts, with the opportunity for pupils to work in small groups to do group & partner balances/ skills and games.

Sessions are designed to be fun, while also being safe.

We seamlessly integrate into your school environment, utilising your existing equipment while bringing our own specialist gear to enhance every session. This means less hassle for you and more quality learning for the children.
